Team Contracts Rule Change

Tuesday -- The Bay State Wiffle League has officially upped the number of player contracts team management has to offer respective players.

Following league-wide discussion, it has been approved that each team will be allocated up to seven active player contracts that allow for a complete maximum roster. Allowing more contracts will give teams total control over who they can sign.

With the addition of the contracts, the league is also introducing the new '11-man roster' which allows each team up to four more signed players to be put on the '11-man roster' which includes; injured reserve players and minor players who can earn their position on the starting seven.
